Shipping
We make every effort to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days. Please allow an additional 3 to 5 days for delivery. Delivery charges are calculated for shipping within the Continental United States and are “ground” rates only. For rates outside the Continental U.S., or for Express or Overnight rates, please call us. From the U.S. and Canada, call toll free 1-866-NWoodsy (696-6379). Outside the U.S., call (651) 554-3034. Street addresses are required. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours 9:00am to 5:00pm (Central Time) Monday through Friday.
Currency and Taxes
All prices quoted are in US dollars (US$). A 6.5% state sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to a Minnesota address.
Privacy
NorthwoodsHome.com does not monitor visitor activity via “cookies” or other techniques. The only information gathered is that which is required to process and ship your order. If you voluntarily give us your email address to be notified of new product offerings and sale specials, be assured that it will not be shared with, rented or sold to any individuals, catalogs, companies or organizations. Should you decide you no longer wish to be contacted by NorthwoodsHome.com, simply reply and type “Remove” in the subject line. If you need to update your contact information, just email your changes to us.
Billing
In order to process your order, it is important that the “Billing” address you provide matches your credit card billing address.
Purchase a Gift for a Friend
If your purchase is a gift for someone else, let us know by clicking “Gift” and complete the shipping information requested. You will be able to include a personal message to the gift recipient. Northwoods Home will send a gift card containing your message along with the order. We will be happy to ship your gift to any proper street address (no P.O. Boxes).
Security
To protect your privacy, all personal information and credit card data is transmitted using a secure connection. When you see a small padlock appear at the bottom of your browser’s window, you will know that your data will be encrypted and cannot be intercepted by an unauthorized person or computer. At no point are any credit card transactions sent over an unsecured connection. Your security and privacy is of utmost importance to us at Northwoods Home.
If you would prefer, telephone orders are also welcome. Payment may be made with a credit card or money order.

Returns
Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval from Northwoods Home. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns and refused shipments. If merchandise is damaged in shipment, the customer must contact Northwoods Home and the carrier within 5 days of receipt and present the original packaging to the carrier for inspection.
